I use ReiserFS for my root partitions, so I chose that. But I also have an ext3 drive, an ext2 drive and zfs-fuse.
    Same here minus the zfs-fuse.
I use mostly ext3/4 but have been messing with ReiserFS on root partition. I vote ext4.

I use ext3 and ext4 atm, but voted ext4 on the poll since it's the one that I used on my latest install.

I'm using ext3 on all partitions. I used ext4 for / in Fedora for a while (forced default).

Has ext4's large-file corruption issue been fixed yet?

Good to see ext4 is winning this year. I voted for ext4. Since It's my root partition for last six month with almost no issues. (I few weeks back - It said something about inode and I ran fsck and its fine )

I tried btrfs compiled and mounted it as loop. I'll be moving to btrfs very soon.
Freston,How long are you using ReiserFS ? and how long you are planning to use ? Even last year , you voted for Reiser . Next year - I guess the winner will be btrfs

I'm trying ext4 with Karmic and btrfs with Fedora 13 beta. I can't say I've noticed any difference with either of them, which is the way I like it - everything works.
Still using ext3 for data, but I'm looking forward to changing to ext4 as file system checking at boot should be much quicker.

Hahaha, you found me out. I've been using Reiser I think even well before I was a member here... But I have no troubles with it so far, and don't plan to have troubles with it in the future, so it might take a while before I dedicate my / to something else.

ButterFS is on the list. I even compiled a kernel with btrfs compiled in rather than as module. So in a day, a week or a month. I have a partition to spare and good backups, so whenever I'm in the mood

My vote ended up going for ext4.

The older ext3 filesystem has served me well for many years, but ext4 has advanced far enough now that I think it's safe to use. SSD drives benefit from it as well, so I plan to stick with ext4 for at least a while before giving btrfs a go.

ext3 for root, Reiserfs for /home (left over from previous install). I will never go back to Reiser for a root partition, rebooting after a crash is just too d@mn3d slow.

I also have Fat32 partitions left over from the Windows days. I haven't bothered with the work it would require to convert them to ext3, though I'd really prefer to. These are particularly large partitions (smallest is 190 GB) with some data from the 90's on them.
