    Here's a nasty piece of spam I received

    One gets used to spam of course. But I find this one deeply sinister:

    Code:
    Spyware, Password Cracker, and More!
    
    Order the KGB keylogger now for just $20
    This is followed by a website and a gmail address which I will not give here. If this is genuine, it seems to me almost worse than if it is just a scam to get money out of people. How widespread is this kind of thing?

    Not so much as in the form of spam, but there is a pretty prospering industry selling surveillance products. Maybe not the private users, but larger companies or governments are their costumers.

    Keyloggers and screen recorders are a common product.
