From Scroogle to Ixquick (any others out there?)

I was a huge fan of Scroogle, only search engine I used. But for those of you that use it and know Scroogle is down and might not be coming back, depends on Google I guess.

Anyways I am now using Ixquick. For those wanting something else it is here, https://ixquick.com/

If there are more like Scroogle was or Ixquick is please post them here. I like to keep at least a couple in mind in case there are problems with one, I have the other to go to.

DuckDuckGo (DDG) is pretty good and it seems faster than Ixquick:

I've always liked Google, but they seem to be constantly making changes that are more annoying than they are helpful, at least from my own perspective.

Thanks for that link. Duck Duck Go looks very interesting.

I actually love Google, more or less. I just hate directly using their search engine, lol.

Scroogle is working once again, and hopefully it will remain that way.
