    Smile New to Linux

    Hello All,

    I am new to both this forum and linux. I did use Unix alot back in the 1990s though.

    I am a research engineer in Ohio. My specialty is semiconductor device physics. I am also a PhD student. I will be using linux as the OS in which I will be doing some device modeling and computation. This will be done using C/C++ and Matlab.

    I am married and have 3 children.
