    Microsoft and Linux suit

    I am trying to write a short paper for my Linux admin class. It is about the lawsuit that Microsoft filed in 2006 about patent violations that were in the Linux kernel and other open source software. I am having trouble finding information for this, the same few articles I keep coming across are "Microsoft takes on the free world" and other about Tom Tom. Does anyone have any information on this or can lead me in the right direction?

    There are a few articles that come up in google about it. Try changing your search criteria around to find more. Include novell in the search also as they were involved. I assigned this as a topic when I was teaching a class, the information is there, you just need to dig for it.
