Hi everyone!

I'm planning to give the wife a lenovo thinkpad x100e for a birhtday gift next month and install ubuntu 10.04 LTS on it.

I have done a little googling regarding issues and have found some Bugs & seemingly Solutions.

She really loves the machine (red) and I for a fact know that thinkpad series are known for durability and performance.

May I ask if somebody have tried installing ubuntu 10.4 LTS on a thinkpad? And if yes were the issues easily resolved? Was the machine doing well with Ubuntu 10.04?
