    Wine for windows (II)

Hi, I wonder if there is / could be made a WINE compilation for windows 32-bit or 64-bit, for the purpose of running old 16-bit apps in windows vista/7 x64, which can't run such apps.
It would be a great solution for that problem, wouldn't it?
(of course you'd say get linux... I would but my friends/customers who need those apps don't want to, heh)

    ...interesting post.

It has been far, far too long since I've had to worry with 16-bit code (bar my Sega Genesis), but to some extent I _think_ DOSBox may be able to help. DOSBox, an x86 emulator with DOS

Try running windows 95 in virtual box, voila wine for windows, 16 bit apps a speciality.
