The "Here you have" virus
Today we received 4 panicky emails from system administrators and management telling us about the Windows virus spread by email with the subject lines, Here you have. And, sure enough, I received the email. No, I deleted it and didn't suffer. But yes, sadly, I have to use Windows at work.
My question is, did anyone running a safe OS (Linux, BSD, Solaris, OSX, or anything else but Windows) receive it and explore it, investigate the link, etc?

Yea, it was in the news, it downloaded a seemingly valid PDF file which harvested all email addresses from Outlook and emailed itself to all contacts.

I saw a number of alerts about it, but didn't receive any of the infected emails. It's hard to believe that so many computer users are oblivious to the many dangers constantly lurking on the web, especially when they've been told repeatedly by different sources not to take the bait.
