certification: oracle or linux?

hi,
iam bikku from shimla(himachal pradesh),doing btech in cse 3rd year
i want to know that if i want to make best shiny carrer in opensource then, should i choose linux as a carrer or oracle?

my interest also is in c langauage and linux and is my eager for opensource is best or not?????
also there is very few person who can actually help me in this matter not satisfactorily, because they dont have any idea with linux and oracle or both

explanation:

linux certfication or linux certfication+oracle certfication or linux certification+c langauage
which one should i choose among above three

or something else?????

oracle have many option you can can go to oracle site linux is one part for crrier in linux you have Oracle University Select country
all certification Oracle University Select country
you are more interested in system admin then try Partner Server and Storage Systems Specializations

Certifications only can make sure that you get into any interview. There's a not any fool-proof guarantee that your career gonna shine because you have multiple Oracle/RedHat/other certificates.
In the end all comes down to basics.

In your case, it all depends on what you want to do further,decide that first and then go for relavant certificate program.

suppose if i choose linux than later on i regret that why should't i choose oracle.
or vice-versa

it is just lke that learning java or c
but as we all know that if we have deep knowledge of c then we can learn any langauage either java or else............

please help me in this matter cause iam really confused
also according to me linux is interesting to learn than oracle
