Welcome
The Linux Documentation Project
LinuxCommand.org: Learn the Linux command line. Write shell scripts.
I suggest picking one project or goal at a time and working towards learning how to do that thing.

One of the best ways to learn about any distribution is to start using it heavily, exploring it deeply, and experimenting with it continually. If you have good system backups stored off some place, you can easily get back to where you were before any user errors or goof ups occurred.

Seems like you have been starting threads in this forum from some days, leaving them incomplete and then starting new thread.
I certainly would not appreciate this practice, you want to learn Linux, you have Fedora installed, download any of the e-books mentioned by senior members here and on other threads (please search) and start working on it. Period.
