I think it would be a big confidence booster for me even if I already have 5 sons yet knowing that my testicles are is still functioning well.

Not everyone feels that way. Thus the many doctors making money by performing vasectomies. Opinions do change, though, thus the doctors making money by reversing them. Personally, I don't really care whether the testicles work, as long as the rest of the equipment does.
