I'm not sure what you mean by distro, but I'm going to take a guess and say Ubuntu 10.10 since yesterday. I used to have an earlier version on Ubuntu that I loved, but Apache wasn't working right, and when I tried to un-install it, I ended up breaking Ubuntu, so my dad downloaded the most up-to-date version, thus here I am. I don't like it much because the instillation disk didn't work right, and my account I made at the start wasn't able to log in due to some file being gone, so I spent 3 hours reading my dad's old Linux books to figure out how to make a new account on a CLI. It was kinda cool.

Glad it worked out. If you have a bad download, my solution to is re-download, re-burn, and re-install. Saves a lot of time and frustration.

Go to distrowatch.com, they have links to literally hundreds of different linux distro's. You can also find some older versions of present distro's if you need a lighter or older version.
