I filled it in but I don't know if my responses are relevant. I'm a bit short-sighted but I can use a computer without glasses if I sit sufficiently close to the screen. I think I would find audio output distracting; it sounds to me like the kind of thing you would use only if you're quite severely visually handicapped - or perhaps unable to use your hands.
