    GPLv3 license term

    Hi,

    Please let me know, if I use GCC 4.5.1 tool chain (I heard that all the GCC version later 4.2.2 are under GPLv3 license.)to build an image for our custom board,then our software(makefile,linux source code+ our applications) itself is also comes under this GPLv3 license?.
    I haven't got correct picture of GPlv3 licese term.Can I get a good reference for the same.
