Not exactly popcorn cinema, but convinced me just because of that:

Not a movie but a series

I haven't actually seen it yet, but I'm looking forward to watching Tron: Legacy. I already know the musical score is awesome (Daft Punk did it). Now I just need to get over this illness and find a date (I refuse to go to the theater alone)

I'm anxious to see that one as well, but will likely wait for it to appear on Netflix. The special effects should be much improved since the first Tron movie was released.
Not a movie, but I've been watching Terminator: The Sarah Conner Chronicles on Netflix streaming. It's not quite as good as the movies were, but not bad. Both, Summer Glau and Lena Headey are very good in their respective roles and easy on the eyes. Headey doesn't look as strong as Linda Hamilton did playing Sarah Conner, but she's no sissy, either.
It's unfortunate that they ended the series after the 2nd season.oz

Seen Tron Legacy in 3D glasses (that was my Christmas present from my wife)
Cool effects/music. Kinda corny in the end with Jeff Bridges (or I am just getting jaded in my old age).Linux Registered User # 475019

Best movie I've seen in quite some time...
Saw a really good one tonight called The World's Fastest Indian:
The World's Fastest Indian (2005) - IMDb
Anthony Hopkins was superb playing the part of New Zealander, Burt Munro.
Very highly recommended!oz

Agreed --an excellent movie. Though it did nothing to fight my increasing desire to own a bike and drive it fast.

I'm in trouble with movies now because Blockbuster has closed up shop. Over the holidays it was suggested that I buy 2012. Has anybody seen that? Is it worth buying? Thanks!
