License and term of fedora to use in n no.of custom product.
As part of our new custom product(movie player) developement.we are planned to use fedora as the OS.we will customize the fedora as per our needs.customization means:
This step includes:
a) Optimization of initramfs and sysvinit scripts
b) Removal of unwanted packages (from product point of view) of Fedora 14
Example: X11, some bin utils etc.
c) Change the configuration of the linux kernel
Please note: Not the source code modification
d) Add product specific custom drivers.
In such case we would like to know, whether company required to pay anything to fedora to flsah customized fedora code into 'N' no.of devices.

I don't think you have to pay Fedora anything. What I think you should do is consult a lawyer or someone who knows the legalities of using Linux in commercial products. They would be better equipped to advise you on how to proceed and your obligations e.g. publishing modifications where appropriate etc.
