I installed Dropbox in my laptop and in phone.

Now I just have to drag picture, music and other files in my laptop's dropbox folder and it automatically syncs with my dropbox folder in my cellphone when I go online.

I don't have to carry my files around with me in my USB since it can be retrieved in my dropbox account anywhere.

I have not used it, but several of my peers and my boss praise it often as well. I tend to just email attachments to myself or use a USB key instead, though --speed or security being the determining factors.
