    SliTaz will do everything you want. Also, you can make changes to the LiveCD and save them to USB if you need to. Puppy and Slax also support this.     Well maybe you could consider buying an inexpensive hard drive for the computer. You could probably get one for pretty cheap on eBay that would support almost any Linux OS you wanted.
