VMware issue - figured it out, thought it might help someone

Hey guys, I ran into an issue where VMware Workstation 7 would constantly bluescreen windows VMs on launch. As it turns out, it looked like there was an issue with it if you encrypt your home folder.

To fix, I had to edit permissions for my account to have read/write access to the /opt directory and install VM Workstation there.

I couldnt find any solid info on this and had to play around with it, so I thought I'd post, if anyone is having trouble with the same issue.

My original problem was not being able to use the CBT Nuggets web player in firefox, even with Moonlight installed, and wine was giving me all kinds of problems.
