    Nevermind guys! It's solved! I did sudo dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/sda bs=512 count=1 and then put in my windows ultimate CD (got a new one) and installed. Linux is gone and windows is in. Thanks for the help guys!

    Hi I have had the same problem with my Dell and unfortunately the systems these days are not the full Windows OS. They require a special Windows recover partition to work with the disk to perform the Windows recovery. If you look at your partion lineup you cannot see any Windows partition, so it looks as if it has been removed when Ubuntu installed. If you are not happy with Ubuntu, as I wasn't because it had many crashes and other problems try installing Fedora 14, 64 bit with the KDE desktop. It is a little different and much better looking and stable than Ubuntu. Also download the RPM version of VirtualBox, just type it into Google as "VirtualBox".
