    Amazon.com lists it as $339, but I don't know if they ship to Cebu.

    I'm sure someone in Cebu has a delivery system in place if it isn't served by the major players like UPS and FedEx. The big guys will send it to the nearest place and then someone can come get it at the very least.

    Archos headquarters is based in France but their products are sold worldwide so you should be able to find them near your location. Not sure about pricing elsewhere, though.
