    how to overcome this error??

    hi.. i am getting the error while untar(restoring) the particle folder. That folder is a 20GB backup folder. I am using red hat version 4 os. The details of the error are as follows.

    one window is opening and displaying the below message.

    > X an error occurred while loading the archive file.

    > COMMAND LINE OUTPUT (the below message is displayed in box)

    > gzip: stdin: Input/output error
    > /bin/gtar: unexpected EOF in archive
    > /bin/gtar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now

    Hmm, it could simply be a corrupted file. Are you able to redownload and try again? Might want to give that a shot first if you haven't. Let us know how it goes!
