Please explain what you want. There are a lot of YUM repositories; some generalized such as epel, atrpms, rpmforge, etc. and some specific, such as adobe-linux, google-chrome, virtualbox, etc. If you are trying to access system repositories because your RHEL support license has expired, that is another issue. Let me know. I can probably help you out. Also, what version of Red Hat are you running? That will determine which set of repositories you need.

i'm going to go out on a limb and guess the OP is using RHEL without a license as 99% of the people that come on and ask this question are in this boat
if you aren't going to get the license, just use centos or scientific linux from the beginning, instead of doing all these things, its just easier

Actually, switching the repositories is pretty much a no-op, other than removing the RHEL repositories and replacing them with the CentOS or Scientific Linux ones. As I said in other threads, I and others have done this on numerous occasions without issue. Installing a new distribution, even a clone, can be painful when there is a lot of other software that has been installed on the system, and in some cases the time required to reinstall all of that may be prohibitive for operationally critical systems.

I work on both RHEL 5.4 Server and RHEL 6 server. I just need a couple of rpms. I dont have RHEL support license. Yum is a easy tool to use. If we specify the repositories it will download and install. I just need to find some online repositories where rpms are provided for my simple use.

You can find all the rpms for RHEL 5 and 6 on the scientific linux web site, as well as the repo files for yum: Scientific Linux - Welcome to Scientific Linux (SL)
