    Talking Hello and thanks!

    Ok, a wee bit o' me. I'm mostly Irish and that flair jumps out from time to time. I'm a burgeoning photographer who has two daughters and two adorable fat little Irish boyo grandsons. I have two cats, a good camera and a good lappy to run Linux on.

    My current distro is Ubuntu 10.04 though I've done so much distro-hopping, I should use a penguin-easter-bunny as my avatar.

    I'm grateful to my dad, an amateur radio operator for the last 50 years, of realizing even way back when that, yes, women can be geeks, too.

    I love coffee and food and tinkering with Linux (another reason I'm a distro-hopper).
