Running programs in the background with Black Box?

I'm using black box on Windows 7. I want a closed source program to run all the time, so I would like to get it off of my screen, and run it in the background. How do I do this? I cannot edit the program, because there is no source code.

I know that this is a Linux forum, but I think the windows version of black box is similar enough to the Linux version.

    Thanks.

This really IS a Windows question since it is the operating system and display manger that are responsible for how processes run.
Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.
