I grew up in Boston Massachusetts so I am used to eating a lot of fish. ( There is nothing like a big order of fried clams at some of the coastal towns. ) At any rate I ran across this article comparing farmed and fresh fish:

In this region of our country where I reside, seafood is a common fair since we are surrounded by so many islands. However, I recently talked to a physician-friend who said that big fishes such as tuna etc. are no longer healthy because of rising mercury levels.
As a rule of thumb, the size of a fish (when whole) should just fit in one regular plate.
Just my thoughts
