    Code review forums online ?

    Hi everyone

I was just wondering if there were any forums where one could get their code reviewed by experienced programmers online ? I'm not just referring to "how do I do this?" kind of stuff but let's say I've written a function to accomplish a task and tested it but I still want to know if there are any hidden traps ( possible buffer overflows etc),vulnerabilities which might escape novice programmers-not to mention adherence to generally accepted coding standards.

I believe this would be a good way for beginners like myself to receive valuable tips on trying to write clean, efficient code from the start.

Would appreciate it if someone would point out a forum of this sort.

    Thanks
    charlie

You could try here - I've heard there are some professional software developers on that site...
