    Do any of you in the US use one of these ISP's?

    The list of shame is: Hughes, Frontier, Cavalier, FiberNet, Spacenet, Onvoy, WOW [Wide Open West], Cincy B., and SDN.

    If you use their DNS server rather than an open one (and I suppose most people do use their ISP's server), then read
