    Out here in our desert some of the most dangerous animals. (besides law enforcement and drug runners)

    1. Rabid Skunks
    2. Rattle Snakes (stepped on one wearing flip flops one morning stepping out of porch door, crushed it's head. Didn't get bit)
    3. Javelina pack (they will charge you)
    4. Bobcat mom with cubs
    5. Porcupines (won't kill you but you'll remember the encounter)
    6.The rest are not a animals but they'll ruin your life , Assassin Bug
    7. Hermit Recluse Spider Bite
    8.Mesquite Thorn Wounds
    9. Drunk Drivers
    10. Minivans

    No. 1 on that list is the green anaconda, which, according to the text, can be 550lbs and up to 2 feet long and strangles its prey by constricting it. Surely anything that short and fat would struggle to squeeze its arse through your door?

    I'm not sure that I fully agree with their listing but did know that the mosquito was considered to be one of the most dangerous. For such a small critter they do cause a lot of deaths.

    Incidentally, one of my friends was bitten by a Brown Recluse about about 5 or 6 years ago.
    Even after medical treatment, he still has problems with the old wound.

    I have been bitten by a brown recluse twice. They are EXTREMELY common around here. Both times they had just eaten so the venom (digestive fluid) was minimal and I took care of both with a little steroid cream and some anti-itch pills.
