get involved in free software projects developing

Hi friends!!! I am a computer programmer and I love programming. I love C/C++ and Linux, but I like too much other languages.

I have just got unemployed and I have a lot free time, and I would like to get involved in any free source project to keep programming.

Could you give me any reference to source projects in Linux which I could get involved with??

    Thank you very much!!!!

Being able to access mysql binary blobs via nginx would be on my personal wishlist

Hi drl!! thank you very much!! I got employed again but right now I am re-unemployed!!! I took a look at your links, but they are all finished projects, and I would like to get involved in any unfinished project, in which I could contribute. Do you know any way in which I could contribute to unfinished projects?

Or maybe there are already unfinished projects in your links, but I wasn't manage to find them out.

    Thank you very much!!
