G'day,
My first post! I use Puppy Linux and Ubuntu. I am from Toowoomba Australia - a city on top of the Great Dividing Range. I run a business, play around with creating electronic dance music using Linux and do some management of a local linux community group.
My dream is to get a group of ppl together to create a JWM-ROX based Ubuntu - like Puppy (which has been beautifully configured and goes like a bat outta hell) but with all the conveniences of Ubuntu. I've used Slackware, Arch, minino, AntiX and various flavours of ubu (openbox to KDE) - but still find a well oiled JWM environment to be the most productive desktop on the market.
From this dream is to coordinate with the local Linux Group and the Salvation Army to recondition old computers for families in crisis and the homeless - kids still need a computer to do their schooling.
That's a little about me!
