    Do you use your phone with the default rom (installed by the manufacturer or operator) or a third party rom?

    To kickstart the discussion, I use Cyanogenmod 7.0.3 on my Orange San Francisco (ZTE Blade). The main reason for choosing a third party rom was my desire to run a newer version of Android and to get rid of the branding and apps shipped by Orange.

    It's just my phone and therefore not important enough to me to tweak.
