    Single Monitor vs Multiple Monitors

How about the rest of you?

Are you a single computer monitor user, or do you run multiple monitors at the same time on your Linux system?

For me, it's just one, but I have been thinking about adding an extra monitor, or two, although I have no real reason to do so, other than the convenience, plus it looks kind of cool.

I like to run twin HD (1920 x 1080) 22" monitors but since I got my latest electricity bill I'm down to one only.

I want to rant about power companies and how they are evil but I think it's against the rules so with great difficulty am restraining mys.... oh wait that snuck out

My new blog. It's probably not as good as I think it is.

Only one, but I've often thought about setting up a second or third.

You might have to sneak over to Hazel's place when she's not looking and run a wire from her solar panel grid over to your place.

    Just kidding, of course!

I think that would be the longest "Trailer park" hook up in the history of Trailer parks.

Budget constraints = 1 monitor per computer.

Well, over the years I "collected" several monitors. I see no reason not to put them to work.
Additionally, I have at least 4 virtual desktops even on windows:
    1: communication: email, IMs
2: "actual work": 20thousand million terminals
    3: bunch of VMs
    4: not work related browsing

I have a monitor left over from when I used a desktop, and I can connect it to my eee, but I almost never bother. It's more trouble than it's worth. I don't like being tied to a desk.
