repo server gui ?

I am on a linux machine. (ubuntu 10 to be exact)
I was wondering if their exist any svn gui-based software
equivalent to visualsvn server that runs on windows?

I used visualsvn server (which is free but only avalible on microsoft systems not linux or mac based ones )

I have found a few ok gui based-clients for linux and mac based computers as well as microsoft.
But those are just the client programs I am looking for a repo server side gui program that runs on linux that will allow me to create and edit repositories , create and edit users for the repositories , ...etc quickly with out the hassel of having to do everything command line. ( something like a gui for the command line tools for svnadmin ,...etc that runs on linux based machines )

Wondering if their is software that exists yet for it.
Should be since svn has been around since 2000, but then again I havn't found any gui cvs server software either for linux.

really curious to know if any of the CVS or SVN VCS have a gui for the server side?
or if their is a admin GUI for it yet ?
