imo, Linux has 80% at least. 85+% ?
OS X is Linux with Cocoa/Glassfish bookshelf UI. It is monolithic not microkernel System V. (su, sudo is good in kernel)
Same as Linux! All compiled, interpreted with C, not C++ like most coders had belief.

ATM still uses Windows NT.
