Java automatic intelligent proxy connection and detection bash script

This scripts configures your java application proxy configuration

- It enables your global proxy variable to your java application
- It uses your own proxy variable to java application
- Intelligent proxy service detection, if service isn't running, it is automaticly detect and disable proxy support if you installed nmap
- It produces your java command line parameters then evaluate and runs your java application with or without proxy support as your configuration and if you enable automatic proxy service up with nmap
