    Virtualization Question

I am new to virtualization and working on putting an Internal Virtualization plan in place. I will greatly appreciate if you could help me understand under what circumstances is VMWare Virtualization and/or RHEV and/or Xen and/or Microsoft Hyper V better over the rest. Also, is it reasonable to assume, all that needed to be virtualized on VMware has already occured. Thanks for your help.

Without knowing your usecases, knowledge, available personnel, available and planned hardware, network and storage network layout, etc this is impossible to answer.
It is like you would ask, which car would be good for you from a collection of brands: Mercedes, VW, Chrysler, etc

But there is one advantage over cars: You can try out the vm options for free ( I believe, this even holds true for hyperv, if you already have a ms server 2008 r2)

And some of these options you can even use without license costs.

    So: try them
You must always face the curtain with a bow.
