Well, if you're rich, you can probably afford to get a set with your new bike...

Alas, I am so ugly, I cannot buy a woman.
But I have a beautiful computer, with the most attractive eye candy available - Conky.

Bags? I sure wouldn't describe them as bags, saddle or otherwise.

Yeah...I didn't see a single bag in those pictures.

I can tell that I guess I am the only hard core outlaw linux biker I guess since no one gets the analogy. I feel like that girl in "The Big Bang" TV Show.

You Might Be A Yuppie Biker If:
If your saddlebags have a special pocket for your cell phone

Now I know you boys did not see a visible pocket on them screenys. But I leave that to your imagination.

Ubuntu 10.04LTS M/C shops other wireless computer.

You boys just don't know what you are missing. Buy a scooter and enjoy the present .

Roky, I used to ride a bike - a lot - but I'd never consider myself a "biker"... However, I DO get your drift! Oh, those sweet pockets!

FWIW, I've had a Honda, Triumph, and BSA (and a couple of other nameless sets of wheels). And I've ridden a Norton from Chicago to New Orleans. But I've never DRIVEN a hog! So, I guess I cannot be considered a "biker", can I? Even if I have driven the Triumph Bonneville at speeds of up to 120mph...

I like your Conky. Graceful in its simplicity. The oscilloscope style graph at the top is a nice touch.

To me you are. But you know how people are. Geeks included, (Slackware,Ubuntu,Fedora, rules FTW). For me it was a life style choice in my teens. I can't imagine living without a scooter of some sort. The smells alone in the crisp desert air is calling me this morning.

Thanks bro. It's my favorite on that Ubuntu Desktop. I run all kinds of conkyrc though. I have posted the configs in the old and new conky thread here also.

If you like Conky, check out these two screen grabs. The same Conky with dark and light backgrounds.

    Still a rolling release install

Just AntiX 8.5 with Fluxbox and Tint2 panel. I am experimenting with different file managers, Sunflower is next on the list. Rox is still
my favorite though and I have it configured to automount and safely remove usb via
