Great movie with REALLY bad acting! The Governator and Brigitte Nielsen in Red Sonja. Just watched it again tonight... it's as bad/great as I remember!...

Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.

Ok. Am watching Mars Attacks right now - another one of those "So bad, they are great!" movies. Complete A-list performers and performance...

The wife and I watched a lesser known movie called The Fall yesterday evening:

    The Fall (2006) - IMDb

It's really a good movie if you take it for what it is. The cinematography is visually stunning, and the music is pretty good, too. It might be a bit too artistic for some viewers, so you might want to rent or borrow it first. Having seen it once before, I've purchased it on blu-ray and am glad to have it in my video library. It gets a 7.5 out of 10 score from me.

That seems like a very interesting story, oz. I'll have to be on the lookout for that one.

This is one of those movies that needs to be watched several times to catch all the little intricacies going on. If you should watch it, keep in mind that the story being told to the little girl and presented to the movie viewer is how it is being envisioned by the little girl, not the story teller himself.

Hope you like it if you watch it...

I've been wrong before, but that seems like a film that's right up the alley for what we like.
The wife and I should really enjoy something like that.

    Example: Big Fish
An odd sounding story that comes together quite well at the end.

Big Fish was one of my all-time favorites. I saw it alone, but then couldn't wait to tell my wife about it. We soon watched it together and she liked it, too.

It was my wife that got me to watch it.
I really enjoyed the whole movie... start to finish.
