Just noticed that Skyfall is currently showing a score of 8.4 at the database with well over 18,000 having voted, so that puts it above either of the prior 'Craig as 007' movies, at least for now. I'm kind of psyched up about it, so hope it turns out to be as good for us as those voters thought it is!

a great movie...
Just finished watching The Orphanage:
The Orphanage (2007) - IMDb
It's an excellent thriller that was done right in pretty much every way. I've added it to my personal collection and am now anxious to see it again. Note that it might be too scary for small children.oz

The Girl (TV 2012) - IMDb
If true, that hitchcock fella was a little strange......
Good movie, I enjoyed it a lot.

Yes, I can indeed say that.
Watched it last nite - pretty damn good. In the wide gulf that lies between QoS and Casino Royale, I'd put SkyFall somewhere in the middle. Maybe a smidge closer to QoS than CR. Still, a very good movie with great villain, some great locales and a decent story. They definitely got a little personal this go-round, but I guess this Bond has always seemed a little more "human" (if also an ice-cold killa). In any event, a must-see for 007 fans, Daniel Craig fans, and general Action movie-goers.
Also, I liked Ralph F, nice to see him in a movie as someone besides He Whom I Shall Not Name.
