I'm still listing to and enjoying the older music video performed by Kate Bush that was posted by elija in the music thread from last year:

Kate Bush - Wuthering Heights - Official Music Video - Version 1 - YouTube

She's really quite talented, so I can see why this video and music made her very popular so quickly.

Bought this Cd for my Wife for Christmas, She likes this song.

    Ke$ha - TiK ToK - YouTube

And for my youngest boy riding around in his new Audi

    I got him

You know how kids rebel against Dad growing up. Having a biker Dad listening to Don't fear the Reaper and ZZTOP pushed him into rap music and sports cars.

It's a bit of an oldie... I heard it on the radio and I remembered loving the song.

I was just listening to Old & In the Way in my car on the way to/from my bluegrass band practice tonight. A great couple of albums by what may possibly be the best "pickup" bluegrass band ever: Jerry "Spuds" Garcia (banjo), David "The Dawg" Grisman (mandolin), Vassar Clements (fiddle), John Kahn (bass), and Peter Rowan (guitar).

FWIW, I play mandolin, and was able to participate in a workshop at the Chicago Old Town School with Grisman earlier this year. Truly a treat! Best $40 I ever spent, considering that there were only about 15-20 people (or less) attending.

Although Garcia is most famous as "Captain Trips" of the Grateful Dead, he started out on the banjo way back in the dark ages of the early 60's.
