    Hello!

    Hi I'm new to linux, I came here to find out about finding a fast distro that works with a ipod shuffle (not for me I hate apple!) There's a post in the newbie section.

    Now I'm really tempted to find an old laptop and put a really fast distro on it, I tinkered with puppy and for basic use its great, really suprised by the speed compared to windows.
    Anyway hopefully I'll learn a few things and maybe might even be able to help someone else once I learn a few things

    You'll get all the help you need, just wait until the right person comes along.
    I know you can try gtkpod, it's supposed to support Apple products. Check your distros package manager.
