100 Powerless New Yorkers!
When I started reading this article one of the first things that popped into my head is how Roky would be LOL at some of these entries. I was not born in New York so I do not have a " New York Attitude "!! There are always articles about rich, famous, or renowned New Yorkers but this article is about the folks ( like me ) living at other end of the spectrum! Some of this stuff is really funny!
