Hello

You can usually get contact information for various domains/websites by doing a whois search. If you aren't sure how to do that, just google whois for some websites that will allow you to conduct such a search.

Is this info relevant enough to reach admin?

I couldn't say, so you'll probably have to try it and see what happens, but whoever that is probably knows more about the website you mentioned than anyone here would.
