Bringing Back Software From 10.04
I was wondering if it would be possible to incorporate some of the software that was in 10.04 into 12.04? I was thinking that it might be possible to reincorporate the file drawer, the eyes that follow the mouse pointer? Maybe it would be possible to incorporate some of the other software too. I really liked the drawers because I separated software into different categories and made it easy to work with.
Thank you in advance.

I suggest you post the question to the Ubuntu forum where you're more likely to get a reply from an Ubuntu user (the 10.4 gives it away). I will guess, though, that you can use the aptoncd application (available in Synaptic, it stands for apt on CD) and save the installation files (.deb) of all the applications you want to keep, and write them to a CD, then install from the CD when you need them.
