Block those cookies list

It might have been a year ago but there was a thread on LF that contained a long list of cookies that could be blocked by pasting the list into a os folder and saving it. Does anyone remember that thread or how to find it? The " Get the Answer " above comes up empty.

I remember a "Block the ad servers" thread but not cookies.
