    Yes, it's true. Valve is bring Steam and 1 game to Ubuntu sometime this October. If anyone manages to get a look at the early release, please report it here. I think it would be awesome to be a Linux testbed for Steam. I'm not too sure about DRM yet, will have to wait and see.

    To apply for the beta you need to fill out this survey. They are only accepting 1000 beta users and I think you have to be running Ubuntu. (not sure on that)
