I'm new to Linux. (very New)

Hi Linux community, I'm obi. I am a senior in high school and over the past few days/weeks my friends and I have been talking about computers and programming and stuff. Honestly, I barely know about Linux,(or computers) I am here to learn more about this. It seems fairly easy, but I'm sure its not. I have a lot of questions, but didn't want to make this intro long and boring. So I'll save the questions for later. Anyway, I just wanted to introduce myself. Thank you.

Welcome, obi1. Linux is fun and powerful, and will serve you well if you're planning on a career in IT.

    Welcome to LinuxForums!

Don't worry. Linux is fairly easy to get the hang of once you realize that you can find answers to most issues online.
And if you have no real past experience with other operating systems, then you'll have it that much easier as you have no ingrained habits to contend with.

By the way, I moved your post to the Coffee Lounge. It's where we like to house our intros, and welcome new members to our group.

I do not respond to private messages asking for Linux help. Please keep it on the public boards.
