Favorite Web Browser Extensions
Just wandering what extensions or other add-ons you guys/gals are attaching to your web browsers these days?
My personal favorites would include the following:
NoScript: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/fir...ddon/noscript/
Adblock Plus: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/fir.../adblock-plus/
Element Hiding Helper: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fir...lemhidehelper/
I've installed NoScript probably no less than a dozen times in the past and never could get comfortable with it, but after installing it again a few days back (this time fully determined to give it a fair chance), I'm really liking it!
What about the rest of you... are you using anything really good that you'd recommend to others?oz

Good question, Oz.
Adblock Plus is the shiz.
I would add to that list Do Not Track Plus.

Thanks for the replies, guys... I'll check those other recommendations out!

One thing that I've noticed about NoScript is that it can get in the way sometimes and cause certain parts of websites to not work properly. On the other hand, I surfed into one site the other day (don't remember which one) and saw that NoScript was blocking a total of 191 scripts, which seems like a lot to me!
I didn't check to see what those scripts were supposed to be doing, but it made me happy to know that NoScript gave me more control over what was happening in the background on my computer, and of course, NoScript can always be temporarily disabled for those pages where you want to allow scripts to run.oz

Thanks, elija... I need to try Firebug and Stylish because they really do look to be rather useful!
