    browser.shell.tor.hu/

For added security against viruses I was told.
I suppose it's not terrible if you're just using it for a sandbox. Though I mean if you're using it as a main browser one must ask why you're not just dual booting.

Desktop virtualization blows in comparison to native.

My first ever encounter with linux was with Ubuntu 10.10 installed from Wubi. I've really enjoyed it and started to wonder why do I still use Micro$oft Windows. After few months I've tryed few other distros to see what others have to offer. In the end I've foud Xubuntu suit my needs (mostly becouse Ubuntu moved to Unity and I really hate it). I like simplicity, I probably should run Arch but I feel like I'm not ready to use it on day basics maybe one day I switch to arch who knows. I like to understand things I do and it's easier for me on Xubuntu.

Agreed. Unless you intend to work with RHEL at some point.

Slackware back in 1996, I hated Windows 95. I only used Linux from 1996-1998.

My very first was lindows then microsoft made them change their name lol. Then i have been using Ubuntu till i found out about Pear OS. It is based on Ubuntu so it still has the great support and features but to me it seems to contain less bugs and glitches. Ubuntu seemed to always crash on me for no reason even after updating everything. Pear OS looks and feels like OSX

I started with Debian. Moved to Ubuntu. Now I'm a happy Linux Mint user, who tinkers with Damn Small Linux.

My first & only distro thus far is Fedora 17. I'm using it because it was recommended to me by a friend who also uses Fedora.
